In order to invest with iPartners you must be a wholesale investor with either gross income for each of the last two financial years of at least $250,000 or net assets in excess of $2,500,000.

To register you need to complete three steps to set up your account: Verify identity: you can confirm your identity online through greenID. Provide your tax file number and bank details Verify accreditation: to invest in iPartners you must be a wholesale investor. You can upload your certificate directly to the platform or provide your accountant’s contact details and we will get in touch with them directly to request a copy of your certificate.

iPartners technology platform provides a secure, streamlined and transparent process for wholesale investors to review, assess and complete an investment online at a time, place and using technology that suits them.
Wholesale investors can access a broad range of alternative assets including property, private equity, private debt and funds.

iPartners has implemented a comprehensive number of authorisation controls around its end-to-end process, limiting user access and user authority to ensure all regulations are satisfied.

The core team of investment professionals, administration and operations staff are based in Sydney with eight offshore technical developers rounding out the team.
Registered investors can access key documents via the online data room these include: feasibility studies; term sheets; project information; risk analysis; partner information (including all involved entities); organisation’s track record; IRR calculations and fees so investors can comfortably make a self-directed, knowledge-based decision on investing.
iPartners investor dashboard is designed to give the investor a complete view of all relevant details of their investments covering value, distributions and when capital calls are due.
The platform is audited by a external cyber security organisation from a data security point of view (pen testing) on a regular basis.
To ensure transparency and alignment iPartners investors co-invest via a unit trust alongside investment experts and reputable investment managers. Our unit trust registry system means that all investments are made as one investor through the iPartners Sub Trust.
iPartners has access to a first class deal flow of investments through the management team who seek an alignment of interests where those we partner with for the investment are investors themselves.
iPartners has a built in fully electronic process using GreenID. The process adheres strictly to industry standards for the verification of individuals and entities.
