iPartners is pleased to present Tractor Ventures Class A Note Series, partnering with Tractor Ventures, one of Australia’s leading providers of revenue-based financing alternatives to small-medium technology enterprises, allowing wholesale investors to participate in a new warehouse facility to fund their lending operations. The Class A Notes will pay an interest rate of 1M BBSW + 6% p.a. for an expected maturity in November 2024. The Class A Notes benefit from 40% loss protection, that is provided by Tractor Ventures’ equity contribution and Class B and C Notes.
