Timelio Class B Note (Junior)

iPartners investors have the opportunity to participate in our first raise for Timelio. Timelio provides invoice financing to mid-market business and has written over $75m worth of loans. Class B Junior Note investors will receive a floating rate of 1M BBSW + 9.0% p.a. for an expected term of 18 months. The Junior Note also offers 5% loss protection provided by a Class C subordinated Note.
