Partners is pleased to offer wholesale investors the opportunity to participate in a $19.281 million senior secured bridge facility provided to Williams River Developments Pty Ltd, a special purpose vehicle directed by experienced NSW property developer David Hughes. Up to $3.5 million is available from iPartners Funds management to investors at a fixed rate of 9.60% p.a., paid monthly for an expected term of 12 months.
