iPartners Property Investment Notes - Class A

iPartners is pleased to offer investors the first opportunity to participate in the iPartners Property Investment Notes (PINotes), new issue of senior secured A-Notes over a diversified Australian real-estate credit portfolio. Participating investors will be paid 1M BBSW + 4.25% p.a. (effective rate of 8.55%) and receive 10% loss protection provided by a B-Note held by an iPartners entity.
