The 24 month loan will pay investors 1M BBSW + 7.00% p.a. and is intended to refinance the Group's existing bank and bridge debt as well as fund two further bolt-on practice acquisitions, with an interest-only bullet repayment at maturity supported by a 70% quarterly cash-flow sweep.
