iPartners is pleased to present investors another opportunity to gain exposure via a senior secured loan to a strategically located and fully operational infrastructure asset in the Port of Narungga (Wallaroo Port). The 12 month loan will pay investors 1M BBSW + 5.15% p.a. and is intended to refinance the existing debt facility and support operations through the FY26 harvest as well as provide a stable platform for the ongoing formal M&A sale process of the Wallaroo Port.
